We specialise in offering quality housing that is centrally located, completely accessible and designed for participants who are approved for SDA. Ability SDA welcomes participants that are SDA approved for either Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible or High Physical Support.

Steps To Moving In
In order to move into an Ability Apartment, you will need to have SDA approval from the NDIA. This can be sought by filling in the Home and Living Supports Application Form and submitting it to the NDIA. The SDA approval pathway requires collaboration between you, your advocates, your Support Coordinator, Allied Health Professionals and Ability SDA. The rewards will be life changing and empower you to live the way you want.
